To make matters more complex, additional stakeholders got involved after the project had already begun, the building owner required a specific architect, and the original scope expanded significantly.

What started as a straightforward buildout quickly became a multi-layered coordination challenge with a shrinking timeline.

The Solution

Rather than pushing back or delaying, Hamm’s coordinated a phased construction approach. We divided the new suite into sections and completed work in stages, allowing Catapult’s team to move into finished areas and continue working while construction progressed in other parts of the space.

We managed noise and mess mitigation for neighboring tenants, coordinated with the building owner’s preferred architect, and kept the project moving despite ongoing scope changes from the client’s leadership.

Both. Hamm’s can work in occupied or vacated commercial spaces depending on what the project requires. Vacated spaces allow us to move faster, but when a full shutdown isn’t an option, we use phased construction to keep your team operational throughout the build.

Hamm’s handles a wide range of commercial renovation work, including office build-outs, tenant improvements, industrial facility upgrades, and full-scale commercial building renovations. All of our remodel work is commercial and industrial. We do not take on residential projects.
